Elements: Cyclic or Inscribed Quadrilateral, Circle, Diameter, Congruence

A quadrilateral ABCD is inscribed in a circle of diameter AD as shown in the figure below. The circle of diameter AB cuts AC and AD at E and F, respectively. The circle of diameter CD cuts BD and AD at G and H, respectively. Prove that EH = FG.
