Geometry Problem 1368: Equilic Quadrilateral, 120 Degrees, Congruence, Midpoint, Diagonal, Equilateral Triangle

In the figure below ABCD is an equilic quadrilateral. Prove that the midpoints E, G, and H of the diagonals and the side AD always determine an equilateral triangle.
